Integration courses

The integration course is through the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees funded language and orientation courses for immigrants. The course has extended the goal of the communication skills of new immigrants but also for more migrants living in Germany in the second language, German, and improve the orientation in everyday life.

Content, objectives and process

Basis of a successful integration is the language. The association provides Diên Hông since 2005 successfully integrate courses for migrants at. In our courses, a variety of native languages ​​and countries of origin are represented. Qualified and experienced instructors teach in inner relatively small groups of up to 15 participants.

Before attending an integration course a placement test is performed. He decides to start with what the participants can exchange section. The integration course is divided into two parts: a language course and an orientation course. The course is divided in turn into basic and advanced courses, each consisting of three sections of 100 hours. Topics in the course include contacts with authorities, employment and housing, shopping and health.

At the end of the course is the German language test for immigrants (DTZ). Participants will prove it a language competence at level B1 or A2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages ​​(CEFR). The examination consists of a written and an oral part. The written part includes functions for reading and listening comprehension, and writing a short letter. In the oral examination, the participants will present and discuss such a photo.

The orientation course follows the course. This part includes topics such as politics and democracy, the recent German history and basic values ​​of German society in the foreground. The orientation program is completed with a written test.

The total of hours of the integration course amounts to 645 hours. Existence of the German participants of the test for immigrants and the test for the orientation program, they receive a certificate on the successful launch of the integration course.

The adoption of a course attendance must be licensed for integration course and it can provide relief from the fee and reimbursement of travel expenses will be applied. When applying, we are happy to help.
